Happy 4th Birthday Liam !

Last month Liam turned four and we had a nice, quiet family party and had so much fun celebrating. I still can't believe my little boy is 4 years old already!! We love you Liam.

Bye, bye training wheels

Not long after we arrived here Claudia decided she wanted to ride her bike without training wheels. So they were taken off and about 10 minutes later she was riding her bike like a pro. Way to go Claudia!

Fun in the sun...

One of our favorite things about living here is going to the beach! We live about 10 minutes from the beach and the kids love to play in the sand and look for seashells. Avery is not fond of the sand yet!

This is where Avery spends her beach time... on the chair or in someone's lap. Hopefully she will love the beach as much as we do one day.

I always check on the kids before I go to bed and this is how I found Avery sleeping one night. It was so funny. Of course I fixed her and she was not happy when I did!


I almost did not post this picture because of the background mess in Claudia's room, but it is so cute so I did anyways. This was right when we moved in and stuff was everywhere, thanks to the many helpers unpacking the boxes. The kids were dancing and playing dress up in their bathing suits and being so silly. I love Avery with the sunglasses on!

Wow... finally an update!

I know ... finally I am posting an update.  This is it in a tiny nutshell.  Enjoy and I will try to post more regularly.  :)

Saying goodbye....not easy. This picture shows some of the wonderful friends I made while in SA! You made it so hard to leave. I definitely left a piece of my heart in Texas!

Let the fun begin! This was our last night at our house. It was so bittersweet. The kids were having a blast among all the chaos!

This is us at Disney Village. We had so much fun just hanging out and seeing some of the sights.

Claudia and Liam got to share a room at my parent's house and they had a party every night! This is usually how I would find them sleeping. They are both cozy in a toddler bed! There was another bed in the room too, but this is how they chose to sleep. It was so funny.

Avery at our new house. Her personality has blossomed and she in talking non-stop. I can't believe how big she is getting...sigh.

Here are the kiddos on their swing set that was left behind by the previous family. The kids are outside all the time swinging or playing with the neighborhood kids. I really think we are going to like it here.  We are doing great and everyday it feels more like home here.
